Altar List of the Dead is open. Place the names of your beloved dead in the box before the Altar or email to St Joseph’s for inclusion. All Masses offered in St Joseph’s during Nov will remember your loved ones. We remember those who have nobody left to pray for them.


COP26 U.N. Climate Summit 31 Oct to 12 Nov. in Glasgow. Urgency of action to save our ‘common home’ is beyond doubt. St Joseph’s ‘Laudato Si’ group will help engage with these challenges.

RCIA 2021 – 2022 Thursday evenings in the Hall, with five Candidates taking part. Please keep them in your prayers.

Mgr. Gonon will confer Confirmation at St Joseph’s on Pentecost Sunday, 5th June at 3 p.m. He will be with us on Saturday 9th April, to give feedback on the CCD letters sent to him.

St Joseph’s Hygiene Collection from 15 October to 30 November for Red Cross Le Pecq who need hygiene products for people. Boxes are provided to receive your items. Please deposit items in the boxes in the Reception Area. This is a worthy cause.
Pilgrimage group has gone this Sunday to Mont Saint- Michel.

  • YAM is preparing to invite young people to join in the Vigil Mass twice each month. Details still being prepared. These Masses will welcome people of all ages.
  • CCD Pageant at Carol Service on Sun, 12 Dec remains on calendar, but watching health situation.

Weekend Masses at St Joseph’s Church

Wearing masks at Mass, sanitising hands and social distancing continue. Holy Communion is once again being at the Altar, seat by seat to avoid crowds.

  • Pre-registration for weekend Masses is not now required. Numbers are still limited, but more seats are now available for use. If the Church and Hall become full, unfortunately, no more people can be admitted.
  • Entrance for Mass is by the main doors from the parvis.
  • So far, so good! If this continues to go well, we can hope and pray that we will not need to return to Registration.

Shrine Candles are provided as part of devotion at St Joseph’s. Occasionally, other candles with a silver base are lit rather than those provided. These other (‘night lights’) cannot dissolve as do those provided and could be a fire risk. Thanks for your understanding.


          Advent 2022 at St Joseph’s:

  • 28 Nov: 1st Sun of Advent.
  • Sun 5th Dec. Children’s Party in Hall is being organised by Sri Lankan parishioners and will be open to all children, always with  Parental consent.
  • Saturday, 11th December: Advent Retreat beginning at 10 a.m. Followed by Mass at 11 a.m. Penance Service 11.30 a.m. Prayer before Blessed Sacrament; Lunch in Hall. Final session at 1.15 pm. and Benediction to end Retreat by 2 p.m.
  • Sun., 12 Dec Carol Service and CCD Pageant at 3 p.m.
  • Christmas Masses: will soon be published for you to plan.
