The seven sacraments are Catholic rituals marking seven stages of spiritual development. Baptism is the first - the gateway to all of the others, namely Confirmation, Eucharist, Penance, Anointing of the sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony.
Children Catechetic Development is the religious teaching program of the Catholic Church. These classes are taught to school age children to learn the basic doctrines of their faith.

I spent a summer at Catholic University of America, studying Counselling. As a priest, I have engaged in Retreat Ministry for most of my life. I was both director of St Paul of the Cross Retreat House in Pittsburgh and for 15 years director of our Lady of Florida Spiritual Center in North Palm Beach. I spent two years as Pastor of St Ann’s Monastery Parish, Scranton, Pa. I also served in Hartford, Ct and Baltimore, Md. In 1985, I took a sabbatical and attended courses at the American college at Louvain, Belgium and spent three months studying Sacred Scripture in Jerusalem. I enjoy sports. We Reconcile
It is called the sacrament of confession, since the disclosure or confession of sins to a priest is an essential element of this sacrament. All Year long: Sat 11:30am-12:30pm and 5pm-6pm.
We volunteer
St Joseph's volunteers help to provide a hot three course meal to around 60 needy people on the 4th Friday of each month, at the American Cathedral.
We are
Passionists.Caring.Faithful.St_Joseph.Passionate.
We, the Parish of St. Joseph, gather together to celebrate the sacraments, profess and live our faith, and grow spiritually. We follow the Lord's commands as we share our lives, gifts, and faith in reaching out to serve others.
To ensure the continued success of Parish activities and our spiritual growth as a vibrant Catholic community we need your participation, support and prayers. Don't hesitate to write to us.
