Saturday Vigil Mass at 6.30 p.m.

Sunday evening Mass at 6.30 p.m. as usual. Baptisms: July & August at 1 p.m.

Summer Fair 2017 has come and gone. Each person will have their own memories. I am lost for words to describe the joy in my heart as I saw individuals, families, visitors and parishioners mingle - an image that brings the Kingdom of God alive for me. Thanks to one and all who prepared, tidied up, registered children for CCD and did so much to keep us aware of the goodness, strength of our community. The total raised will be published soon. Heather is doing great work on this. This will help St Joseph’s over the summer months. The Pastoral Council at its September meeting will review the Summer Fair -strengths and weaknesses. Finally, I thank God for keeping us safe. Last Sunday’s Summer Fair falling on the Feast of Corpus Christi, humbled me to be associated with this great community of St Joseph’s. Tradition built up over decades is standing us in good stead.
All Tombola prize winners have been contacted and prizes are being claimed, see Summer Fair webpage.
