News of our Pastoral Council, Mon. 11 June: 10 attended. A review of the Summer Fair brought out its blessings; note made of ways to make it even better next year. Overall assessment: it was a great success. Even with setbacks, Passionists in India remain determined to proceed with building classrooms made possible by St Joseph’s Lenten Project. Thanks is offered to God and to all who were part of First Communions and Confirmations. Plans are advanced for Pilgrimage to Shrine of St Charles in Dublin and on to BVM Knock Shrine, 19-21 Oct 2019 to celebrate 150 years of St Joseph’s. Contact Liz de Haas. No news yet about any Passionists coming to St Joseph’s. Some Ministries at St Joseph’s need more supports and structures. These can begin in Sept. Fr Francis offered the final prayer. Indoor BBQ was most enjoyable. Temporary Sec., Liz will send out Minutes. Pastoral Council meets, 17 Sept @ 7.30 pm.

After next Sunday, St Joseph’s Notices will be on www.stjoeparis.org each weekend.
