I am an American priest and member of the Congregation of the Passion (Passionist).
I have been serving at St Joseph for almost 11 years. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa. USA. My mother and father have both passed away and I have one sister in the Pittsburgh area. I did my seminary training with the Passionist Monastery system and spent some time studying History at Fordam University. I was ordained in 1968. I spent a summer at Catholic University of America, studying Counselling.
As a priest, I have engaged in Retreat Ministry for most of my life. I was both director of St Paul of the Cross Retreat House in Pittsburgh and for 15 years director of our Lady of Florida Spiritual Center in North Palm Beach. I spent two years as Pastor of St Ann’s Monastery Parish, Scranton, Pa. I also served in Hartford, Ct and Baltimore, Md. In 1985, I took a sabbatical and attended courses at the American college at Louvain, Belgium and spent three months studying Sacred Scripture in Jerusalem.
I enjoy sports. Thank God for the internet, I am able to keep up with my favorite teams. I like reading and for relaxation, novels of intrigue and History.
